Compliance Advisory — Renewal of Non-U.S. Tax Residency Certification

Dear Valued Client,

As part of our institution's compliance obligations under U.S. federal tax law, all non-U.S. clients must maintain a current Form W-8BEN on record. This document verifies your foreign tax residency and authorizes appropriate tax treaty benefits under the Internal Revenue Code.

Our compliance review shows that your certification has expired. Renewal is compulsory. Without an active form, the IRS directs withholding agents to apply the maximum 30 percent rate on all relevant U.S.-source income.

To maintain compliance and avoid unnecessary withholding, please renew through our secure portal:

Renew Certification Now

The process is fully secure, compliant with IRS data-protection standards, and takes only a few minutes. Once renewed, your certification remains valid for three years unless your tax residency changes.

If you need clarification, our Compliance Support Office is available to assist.

We thank you for your cooperation and for upholding the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
